Is it enough to “not discriminate” - or should we do more?

Many people say: “I treat everyone equally - that should be enough.”
But is simply avoiding discrimination enough to build an inclusive society?
Should we actively speak up, educate others, or change systems - even if we personally don’t discriminate?
