Who We Are
Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg a.s.b.l. is a non-profit organisation based in Luxembourg, dedicated to promoting inclusion, diversity, and intercultural understanding.
We provide training, tools, and spaces for dialogue — empowering citizens, local authorities, and migrant communities to work together toward a more cohesive and democratic society.
Our values are grounded in participation, empathy, respect, and empowerment. We believe that every person has the right to be heard and to actively contribute to shaping the community they live in.
In this platform, we coordinate local participatory activities — starting with Neighbourhood Voices in Schifflange — as part of the broader EMV–LII project co-funded by the European Union.
Together with committed citizens and local institutions, we aim to strengthen local democracy and make diversity a real opportunity for all.
