Timeline of Participation
This page shows the different phases of the “Neighbourhood Voices” participatory process on Neibierger. Each phase has a purpose and invites your input in different ways.
Phase 1: Story Collection
When: July 1 - October 31
In this phase, we invite you to share your personal stories, experiences, and perspectives about life in your neighbourhood. All contributions are welcome - from simple observations to deep reflections.
Phase 2: Idea Exchange
When: July 1 - July 1 - October 31
Now it’s time to respond to what others have written. Comment on stories, support proposals, and help refine ideas. This is your chance to build connections and deepen the conversation.
Phase 3: Summary and Feedback
When: July 1 - October 31
We will summarise the key themes and ideas shared during the process. The outcome will be published and shared with local actors and institutions. You’ll also have a chance to comment on the final results.
