Our Vision for Participation
We believe that participation is more than just a right — it is the foundation of a democratic, inclusive and vibrant society.
In our communities, especially those shaped by migration and diversity, active participation helps build trust, understanding, and a shared sense of belonging.
Through this platform, we want to:
encourage meaningful dialogue between citizens and institutions,
strengthen solidarity in neighbourhoods,
and give everyone a voice in shaping local life.
Participation is not limited to voting or formal meetings. It includes everyday exchanges, storytelling, shared experiences, and small acts of collaboration — both online and offline.
This vision guides our local actions and connects them to the wider European project EMV–LII, where we work with partners across the EU to empower migrant voices and support municipalities in becoming more inclusive and participatory.
