About Neibierger
Neibierger is a digital space for neighbours, civil society, and local actors to connect, share, and participate in shaping our community. We believe that real change begins at the local level — through open dialogue, active listening, and collective ideas.
Our Mission
We aim to strengthen social cohesion, promote intercultural understanding, and foster inclusive participation. We give voice to residents from all backgrounds — because everyone deserves to be heard and seen.
Who We Are
Neibierger is an initiative supported by Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg asbl as well as EMV-LII, Empowering Migrant Voices for local Integration and Inclusion (AMIF 2023 Call: Topic 2 Integration and inclusion at regional and local level), in collaboration with local organisations and community leaders. The platform is powered by DECIDIM, an open-source tool for digital democracy.
